Description
On a recent road trip to my home state of Texas to visit my mom, I was inspired by so many of the rustic scenes I came across. Classic cars abandoned along the side of the dirt roads, old barns and farmhouses forgotten by time and small town charm separated by miles of undeveloped land. Truly a much needed change of scenery! Enjoy!

Chris, this is great! I, too, am a native Texan, and seeing this photograph definitely evoked nostalgic memories. We had one of these on the outskirts of my home town. l/f
Chris Andruskiewicz replied:
Awe, thanks. I was born and raised in Texas. Currently living in Florida. But I go home to visit my parents who still live there. Being away from Texas for almost 20 years now, when I go back, it brings back all those memories as a kid too. There really is something about Texas (and Texans) that can't be found anywhere else in the world : )
